We start with a shortlist of candidates in each category — wearables, eyewear, everyday accessories — sourced from manufacturers who can back up their material and construction claims. Anything that looks good on a spec sheet but doesn’t hold up in practice is dropped here.
Quality process
Shortlisted products are used daily by our team for a minimum trial period before listing. We check for comfort over repeated wear, battery and material longevity, and how well a product performs outside a studio photo. Only products that pass make it into the collection.
Secure shopping
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and we never store full card details on our own servers — payments are processed through a PCI-compliant provider. Your account and order data stay with us and aren’t sold or shared for marketing.
Delivery & support
Orders are dispatched from the UK, with free delivery on orders over £45 and tracked shipping on every parcel. If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, our UK-based support team handles replacements and warranty claims directly — no call centre scripts.

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within one working day of being placed, and you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Yes — delivery is free on all UK orders over £45. Orders under that amount carry a flat £3.95 shipping charge, calculated at checkout before you confirm payment.
Every product is covered against manufacturing faults and premature wear for two years from the delivery date. If a covered issue comes up, contact support with your order number and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Get in touch through the contact page and we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid returns label.
At the moment CoreBuy ships to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland and offshore islands. We’re evaluating international shipping and will announce it on the site if that changes.
Checkout runs entirely over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We don’t store your full card number on our servers at any point.
