Our Story
Started with a drawer full of things we never used
CoreBuy began as a personal frustration: a drawer of half-used electronics, cheap straps that snapped within a month, and accessories that never quite worked as advertised. We started sourcing and testing alternatives for ourselves before we ever thought about selling them.
What began as a shortlist for friends and family grew into a small, UK-based store built on the same standard we started with — if it wouldn’t survive daily use in our own homes, it doesn’t make the cut.
Our Mission
Reliable electronics, without the mark-up games
Too much of the personal electronics market is built around flashy launches and inflated pricing. CoreBuy is built around the other half of the equation: a small set of dependable products, priced fairly, that simply work.
Our mission is simple — curate a small set of durable, well-designed personal electronics and accessories, and back every one of them with UK-based support and a warranty that means something.
What Sets Us Apart
Four commitments we don’t compromise on
Hands-on curation
Every product in the collection is used by our own team before it’s listed. If it doesn’t hold up, it doesn’t get added — no matter how well it photographs.
A real warranty
Two years, no fine print gymnastics. If something fails through normal use, we sort it — that’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
UK-based support
Questions get answered by people who understand the products, not a script. Support is based in the UK and responds within days, not weeks.
No filler categories. We’d rather carry seven products we believe in than a hundred we’re indifferent to.
Materials that matter. From durable straps to water-resistant electronics, we look past the spec sheet to how a product actually feels after three months of use.
Straightforward pricing. No inflate-then-discount tactics — the price you see reflects what the product is actually worth.
